CS ASME SA 822 Tubing is seamless cold-drawn tube for use in mechanical and pressure applications. It consists of mainly carbon (0.18-0.23%), manganese (0.70-1.00%), phosphorus (≤0.035%), and sulfur (≤0.035%), which ensures good strength, toughness, and machinability.
